Caliban Sounds is the label imprint founded by Penny Rimbaud, co-founder of the seminal anarcho-punk collective Crass. Rooted in Rimbaud’s lifelong commitment to radical art, poetry, improvisation and dissent, the imprint provides a home for exploratory, boundary-pushing releases that move beyond punk into spoken word, jazz, experimental composition and avant-garde collaboration.
